Who we are

SE Worldwide provides an environment, health & safety (EHS) software platform to employers ("customers"). We process workplace-safety data on behalf of our customers; the customer is the data controller for its workforce's information.

What we collect

Account information (name, work email, role); workforce records our customers enter (names, job titles, training and safety records); safety reports and related content submitted by workers, including optional anonymous reports; and, where an individual opts in, a mobile phone number for SMS notifications. Technical logs (access, security events) are kept for reliability and audit.

SMS messaging

SMS notifications are strictly opt-in: an individual enables them in their notification preferences by providing a phone number and explicit consent, and can disable them there at any time. Message frequency varies with safety activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to deliver workplace-safety messages and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How we use information

Solely to provide the service: workplace-safety recordkeeping, notifications, regulatory reports, and analytics for the customer's own data. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train machine-learning models.

Sharing

Data is shared only with subprocessors needed to run the service (Microsoft Azure hosting and communication services) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. Certain records may be produced to regulators (e.g. OSHA/MSHA) at the customer's direction.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per customer, and changes to safety records are kept on a tamper-evident audit trail. Records are retained per the customer's configuration and applicable law (some safety and medical records carry statutory retention periods, e.g. 29 CFR 1910.1020); medical records are consent-gated.

Your choices
