The service
SE Worldwide provides an environment, health & safety (EHS) software platform under agreement with employer customers. Use of the platform is governed by the customer's subscription agreement; these terms cover general use of the application and its messaging features.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful workplace-safety purposes, with accounts and access assigned to you. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or disrupt the service, or submit content you have no right to submit.
SMS terms
By opting in to SMS notifications you consent to receive workplace-safety text messages from your employer's EHS program at the number you provide. Message frequency varies with safety activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.
Safety-critical disclaimer
The platform supports — but does not replace — a customer's safety program, professional judgment, and regulatory obligations. AI-generated suggestions in the product are advisory only and require human review. Notifications (including SMS) are best-effort and must not be relied upon as the sole channel for emergency communication.
Data
The customer owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
